  •  What gets under my skin is how in an article a writer can use "probably" and other words to make a claim rather than having facts.  It just knocks me over.

  • I haven't seen the actual statement made by NAR and referenced in the article but the LAST thing we need to see "is lending standards simply returned to pre-bubble norms". Those "norms" put us in this mess. NO - it was not just lenders. NO - it was not just appraisers.

  • Another case of politicians jockeying for position as the White Knight riding to the rescue. It all gets so tiresome to the rest of us working hard just to stay afloat while Congress continues to draw a steady paycheck and NOT getting the job done. It has reached such a ridiculous height.
